Winter 2024/25 ( November24 to March25).
We have Course Maintenance & Improvement works throughout the winter.
Only 15 holes will be in play ( Holes 4,5 and 15 will be closed).
Mats in operation between 1st December 2024 and 30th March 2025.
The winter green fee will be reduced from £60 to £50 to reflect that it is a shorter course.

Payment will be taken at the time of booking (GBP). To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club.
Online bookings will be subject to a £25 cancellation fee. If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

There are no refunds inside 3 days of your tee time. If you are unable to make your booking, please get in touch and we will do our best to reschedule your visit at a time to suit you within 24 months of the date of play.

Telephone / Email Bookings

The easiest way to arrange a booking is to email the golf club at secretary@lundingolfclub.co.uk.
In your email, include the dates and times that you would like to play and also the number of golfers.
To confirm your booking, you are required to pay in full within 5 weeks of the date of booking. In the event you are unable to play and we are unable to reschedule your visit, payments will be refunded minus a cancellation fee.

You can cancel your booking by contacting Lundin Golf Club by email, secretary@lundingolfclub.co.uk or telephone, 01333 320202 or with the Professional on 01333 320051. If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.
Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation

James Braid Society
Lundin is NOT a part of the James Braid Society and consequently do not offer any discounted green fees to members of those clubs.

Course Closed

If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you may reschedule your booking or request a refund of your payment.If you are unable to play due to our course being closed, then we will host you at another time to suit or offer a full refund.

Booking Transferable

The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend

Handicaps

We do not ask for a handicap certificate however you must be able to play to a reasonable standard.

Dress Code

Smart, casual attire is acceptable as a form of dress both within the clubhouse and on the course. However, denim jeans, sports shorts, collarless shirts, shell suits and tracksuit bottoms are not considered appropriate forms of dress. Footwear - Soft spike golf shoes are permitted in most areas of the clubhouse.
