Hole 1 - High S.I. 5 346 403 420 Par 4

Pro's Tip: Take aim on the left edge of the centre fairway bunker. Beware of the uphill second shot to this front to back sloping green.

Hole 2 - Quarry S.I. 11 326 339 345 Par 4

Pro's Tip: Club selection from the tee is crucial, be sure and avoid the burn. Hit your second shot to the fat of the green as a ditch punishes all shots to the right.

Hole 3 - Bents S.I. 14 269 312 331 Par 4

Pro's Tip: This is a short par 4, the line from the tee is left side of the shelter to the right side of the green.

Hole 4 - Mile Dyke S.I. 1 395 415 455 Par 4

Pro's Tip: A good tee shot on this tough Par 4 is essential, any second short falling short will be punished, ensure you take enough club.

Hole 5 - Silverburn S.I. 18 106 128 141 Par 3

Pro's Tip: Playing the yardage to the centre of this well guarded green is advised.

Hole 6- Spectacles S.I. 9 301 325 331 Par 4

Pro's Tip: Short Par 4. The safe line is over the marker pole. Beware of the out of bounds down the right side of the hole.

Hole 7 - Burn S.I. 16 247 266 272 Par 4

Pro's Tip: Beware of the ditch with your tee shot, club selection is key. A line on the marker pole is good.

Hole 8 - Aithernie S.I. 7 325 355 367 Par 4

Pro's Tip: From the tee take a line inside the nest of the bunkers on the left, beware of the out of bounds along the right side. The green slopes gently from the left to right.

Hole 9 - Long S.I. 3 526 546 555 Par 5

Pro's Tip: A good tee shot to the right of the fairway bunker opens up this hole. Playing to the right side of the green with your second shot is important with this right to left sloping green.

Hole 10 - Thorn Tree S.I. 10 332 348 352 Par 4

Pro's Tip: Aim at the left greenside bunker, beware you don't run out of fairway!

Hole 11 - Racecourse S.I. 2 420 447 464 Par 4

Pro's Tip: A long testing Par 4 aptly named Racecourse. A line on the left hand greenside bunker from the tee is advised.

Hole 12 - Sunnybraes S.I. 17 126 140 149 Par 3

Pro's Tip: Take at least one club more than the yardage suggests to this short uphill Par 3.

Hole 13 - Neil Shaw S.I. 8 444 490 499 Par 5

Pro's Tip: The tee shot must be inside the line of the left fairway bunker to open up the green for the second shot. A narrow entrance to this well protected green requires an accurate strike.

Hole 14 - Perfection S.I. 15 155 170 177 Par 3

Pro's Tip: A tricky Par 3. Remember it's downhill! Bunkers await.

Hole 15 - Heather S.I. 4 409 417 420 Par 4

Pro's Tip: Favour the left side of the fairway from the tee. Blind approach so club selection is key.

Hole 16 - Trows S.I. 13 261 280 311 Par 4

Pro's Tip: Aim on the right greenside bunker. The brave can be rewarded.

Hole 17 - Station S.I. 12 316 330 343 Par 4

Pro's Tip: Favour a line to the right side of the marker from the tee. Beware of the out of bounds to the left.

Hole 18 - Home S.I. 6 367 427 439 Par 4

Pro's Tip: Take dead aim on the Pro Shop with your tee shot. Be cautious with your approach to this long and narrow green.
