Telephone / Email Bookings
To confirm your booking, you are required to pay 50% deposit within 3 weeks of the date of booking. All deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.The balance of any payments should be made in the Pro Shop on the day of play, or if you prefer in advance with the administration office.If numbers do drop the deposits already paid can be transferred towards the balance due, providing they are reported at least 7 days in advance.
You can cancel your booking by contacting Lundin Golf Club by email, email@example.com or telephone, 01333 320202 or with the Professional on 01333 320051.If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.
Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation
Payment will be taken at the time of booking (GBP). To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club.
Online bookings will be subject to a £25 cancellation fee if within 7 days of the date of play. If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.
If you are unable to make your booking, please get in touch and we will do our best to reschedule your visit at a time to suit you within 24 months of the date of play.

If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you may reschedule your booking or request a refund of your payment.If you are unable to play due to our course being closed, then we will host you at another time to suit or offer a full refund.
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend

Payment can be made by cash/cheque, Visa or Mastercard.
We do not ask for a handicap certificate however you must be able to play to a reasonable standard.
Smart, casual attire is acceptable as a form of dress both within the clubhouse and on the course. However, denim jeans, sports shorts, collarless shirts, shell suits and track suit bottoms are not considered appropriate forms of dress. Footwear - Soft spike golf shoes are permitted in most areas of the clubhouse.
